If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase or receive defective merchandise

{which is not likely to happen, We make sure it leaves in good condition when we pack our items.}

YOU must contact us and describe what the damage is and wait for a return approval within a 7 day period maximum.

No Refunds! Exchange Only if approved!

Once approved you may return it by mail within 5 business days from the date of approval.

 

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded*.

Beauty & The City reserves the right to refuse the exchange – Merchandise must be in new condition, with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. We understand accidents happen, but  determination of defective merchandise will be questioned whether it was caused by mail or otherwise.
