Beauty & The City has No Refunds. As a small women owned business at this time we are unable to support returns. We are working towards building our online business to support returns as we can understand you may not be completely be satisfied.

However, we want you to love & enjoy your new purchase.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase or receive defective merchandise

{which is not likely to happen, we make sure it leaves in good condition when we pack our items.}

YOU must contact us and describe what the issue is and gain an exchange approval. You will have 7 days to be able to exchange your item, after that we will not be able to exchange the item.

No Refunds! Exchange Only!

Once approved you may return it by mail within 5 business days from the date of approval.

 

Shipping and handling charges will be your responsibility, however we will add the cost to your exchange credit.

Unlike major Stores who carry hundreds of the same item, we may or may not have the same Item you purchased. In this case you may have to pick a different design with equal value.

Beauty & The City reserves the right to refuse the exchange – Merchandise must be in new condition, with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. We understand accidents happen, but  determination of defective merchandise will be questioned whether it was caused by mail or otherwise.
